Job Summary


End user support analyst will be responsible for managing and supporting endpoint devices both from Hardware, Network and application perspective.

Job Description

  • Managing incident queues related to endpoint device support needs;
  • Aiding EXCO and Board teams on their end point device related queries and incidents;
  • Managing rollout of software to endpoint devices;
  • keeping the antivirus and windows updates to date in these devices;
  • reporting on endpoint device compliance status;
  • responsible to coordinate with Level 2 and 3 team with respect to issues and changes related to end point devices;
  • Migration of platform to new version of software or OS;
  • Coordinating with staffs to resolve any issues in their endpoint devices or applications provided by Absa;

Education
Higher Certificates and Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
